Replace R_IsNaNorNA with !R_finite for R-2.0.*

The "[" operator on a GGobi object (class ggobi) behaves like a list operator and so returns a list. It does not return individual dataset elements. Use "[[" explicitly to do this.

The inst/data directory is now named as inst/datasets and is where the sample data files are located.

More robust handling of color schemes.

Added an initialization function (init.ggobi()) to allow initialization of Gtk and GGobi so we can ask for the display types that are dynamically computed on initialization of GGobi.
